Progress continues for our service department in offering more we can do for our customers in Fleet and retail. We will soon be able to offer spray in bedliners and window tinting. Previously we had to send out our vehicles to other venders for these jobs but will soon be able to reap the benefits and be more profitable and offer more services. Christopher went down to Florida and met with a fellow dealer and got insight on the set up of these items. The sales team can offer these at time of purchase and the service advisors can sell in the lane. Win, Win, as they say!
We finally got the lifts installed up in the van shop and Danny Riggleman will be moving up there to work on trucks and Jeeps and whatever. This will be a work in process as Dylan, Christopher and Sabrina and Danny work out the logistics of this shop branch. We better get the GEM car or a golf cart ready!
Matt and Ashley are really rolling in commercial sales and have new help to go along with the increased sales. Please welcome Kaylin McCrea and Alicia Hedrick to our team. Kaylyn enjoys family time and Kayaking (you know that touches my heart), she has 6 siblings ,3 cats and soon a puppy labradoodle. Oh, also to be married in September! Alicia and her husband Matt live in Lexington and has her hands full with two sons ages 3 and 7 months. Alicia will be helping Gina with titling from experience at Parkway Ford. The heat is on at Ilderton’s and the weather. Keep cool.
