Last month, we introduced the Core Culture Cards. Team Leaders give a card to an associate when they “catch” them doing something in line with one of the Core Culture points. For Example, an employee accidentally scratched a vehicle; rather than hoping no one would notice, the employee advised his manager. They were able to buff the scratch so there was no problem. This is an example of INTEGRITY. At the end of each month during our employee meetings, each employee that has received a card in the past month gets to spin the wheel for a cash prize on the order of $10 or $50.
